One of the casseroles was very dishwasher damaged. It didn’t appear to be in the picture, but it was. The seller did not mention this in the description. When I received the bowls, I messaged the seller and stated that one bowl was dishwasher damaged. I waited for a week and received no reply. I reached out again, stated the same and asked for a partial refund. I received a tirade from the seller stating that I was verbally abusive. Just for saying a bowl was dishwasher damaged. No verbal abuse!

Buyer took bowls to Goodwill BEFORE contacting me with her nasty rant....TWO of them, actually! She never asked for more photos, and photos I provided showed dishwasher fade as well as chips to lids. All were noted. She never asked for a return. I would have gladly issued a refund for a FULL RETURN of the bowls, but she had already taken 1/2 of them to Goodwill.
