initially, the seller failed to respond to my offer and then failed to respond to my inquiry to them, both via eBay. this was offset, however, by the ultimate price I paid and the excellent packing of the glass once I won the auction at a price well below my maximum bid . the tumblers arrived safely and in mint condition.
