When I got the remote in the mail it looked spectacular. When I opened up the back it wreaked of erosion. I messaged the seller and they responded promptly. They were willing to let me return it, but nicely asked first if I’d try to clean it up and get it working. I agreed and used white vinegar and baking soda and cleaned it up and it started working. They were very respectful and patient with me the whole time. Thank you so much!
