This Samsung ML-2571N laser printer model has lasted the test of time. When my 20 year printer started having issues, I searched for this exact same model for replacement. Printers are made the same anymore. I didn't have to install anything, plugged it in and we are back, running smoothly again. I love this printer because it prints fast, it's compact, super low maintenance and during the 20 years I've owned the first printer, I only had to buy toner for it twice. I really made the toners last -- I would take out the toner cartridge and shake it up. :) The replacement printer is printing clean and sharp. Very happy.

a good replacement for my ml 2510. This printer seems to have a paper feed problem that I'm trying to analyze. The paper stack requires re insertion to print multiple pages

The printer came really quickly. It was in great condition and was easy to set up and use. Although when its used as a network printer, Windows Vista can't use it. I have a Mac so as soon as the printer was setup on the network I was able to use it right away. The printer prints really well and the time to first page is pretty good. This printer fits all my needs as a college student needing to print a lot of documents.
The printer has a small foot print so it takes no more than a small inkjet printer. It is quick to print after a small warming period (negligible). The print quality is standard for a laser printer, but excellent considering how little they cost. After the printing the printer powers down to sleep mode in just a few minutes, so the operational noise ceases. Its operational noise is standard for laser printers.
