it can't hurt and the price is worth it-most hydrating primer yet
I get to try a lot of different primers through ipsy subscriptions, and before this the only one I could fee hydrate and look like it had instant results and worked to help my make up apply better and last longer was seraphine pumpkin&silk primer and illuminator, so much I forgot to order more here on e-bay and paid full price on it's site which was over 30. Then the very next month I got sent the ciate' primer which wasn't as thick in texture and didn't feel as hydrating until I applied with my fingers all over my face, and WOW! I just ordered 2 more as it has about as much product as other primers.
