This is really a top of the line home microderm abrasion kit. These pads get the job done. I have used more expensive kits. These pads are comparable to what I have used. They leave my skin feeling soft and smooth. They do not irritate or tear the skin, nor are they harsh. You don't want to use too much pressure, nor do you want to use more often than recommended.
