Unfortunately the clock was not in working order as stated. The seller was kind enough to try to instruct me as to how to repair but I was unable as it is delicate timing device. Ended up having to take it to a clock repair shop and have it fixed. The seller did say that most likely the chain came off the sprocket during Transit which is reasonable but maybe he could have packaged it better
