Ordered Bryant came carrier . Switches on the outside for cool and heat and continue button did not work . Computer board had been removed and not reinstalled properly . Had to pay someone to put back together . Seems to be working now but does not match the other one in the house which is why I made sure to order same brand .

The item was advertised as "BRAND NEW BOX DAMAGE." This is EXACTLY what I received, a BRAND NEW PRINTER but the box was damaged-NOT the Printer. I received exactly what I expected. The box was damaged but the inside had never been opened.
