Lots of confusion about the order. First message in broken English about not being able to deliver to a verified address on file with ebay for years. Said it was in New Jersey. Not so sure about that. Did refund promptly after I cancelled the order. Now it is listed again for a $20.00 higher price. Not quite sure what is going on here.
