    Affordable HD

    Like: Clear High Definition video (720p), ample internal storage, expansion by inexpensive SD or SDHC memory cards. Great battery life and optical zoom. Multi-shot photo mode takes lots of clear pictures. Dislike: Easy to drop accidentally, only one video file format that is not compatible with most existing freeware video editing software. Requires conversion to Mpeg2 for smooth playback on my computer. If you have a newer computer, this is the perfect entry into HD home video and editing! I have an aging AMD Sempron 3000+ powered budget notebook that doesn't quite cut the mustard for the included Cyberlink video authoring suite. As for the camera itself, I love the clear video and audio, the zoom is fantastic, and the battery life isn't bad either since there are ...

    HC-HMX10C

    I like the addtional sdhc card, the built in memory, the touch screen, the amount of recording time on built-in memory and additional sdhc card, the HD recording, built in light, black light, remote control and several ways to transfer recordings. An excellent video recorder reasonaly priced.

    Great Budget HD Camcorder

    Compared to de picture quality of the SD camcorders this one is a great leap forward. It's tiny and always ready, this cam will never be a burden to carry arround. And the internal solid state memory will allow you to never miss a moment because you had no tape. Fully recommended as a family camcorder.

    Nice camcorder

    Takes excellent videos and super sharp still images. I especially like the fine macro capabilities for close-up work. The battery life is relatively short. But, it may be because the seller shipped a used unit.
