Item arrived and appeared to be new. Made contact with the seller and they said they were willing to refund the money.
The next conversation they could not figure out how to. I found the instructions and sent them info on April 1st saying they would refund the money the next day.
I have yet to receive a refund.
I would be willing to change my rating if the refund is made.
