Item not ‘new’ as described. Box had been opened, had several dents and was damaged in two places. Communication was very difficult. Seller marked item as shipped even though she had merely printed a label…blamed eBay for marking it shipped. Item was NOT shipped on Dec. 27th.

I truly cannot update the tracking myself, as soon as a label is purchased and printed through eBay the order status is automatically updated to shipped.
