Overall, satisfied with quality of used Ram 1500 rear bumper advertised NO-DAMAGE - however, scratches were extensive and deep enough to not exactly qualify for "NO-DAMAGE". Chrome scratches weren't mentioned, not clearly shown in pictures and were bad enough to be a future rust point.
