    An excellent workout

    This is a good workout for someone who is already quite fit; it is NOT for beginners. I am a regular exerciser, and this workout challenged me without overwhelming me. It will take me some time and practice with this video in order to master some of the footwork and dance-type cardio moves that they do during the cardio intervals. However, the fact that these moves are a bit complicated/involved is not a deterrent to me. This is a good blend of cardio and strength, and it definitely will give you a good workout. I used 5- and 8-pound weights throughout, depending on the exercise. I look forward to doing it more and mastering it. Good luck!

    Way too dancy for me between the weight workouts. Wouldn't have purchased it if I had had a chance to review it first.
