Love this reflector! All the parts came as described in new condition. Setup is a bit tedious however, there's a helpful setup tutorial on YouTube that I used to get by that hurdle. Despite that it's a bit difficult getting the side rods to go through both holes once one side is done and there's a lot of tension built up, could only get 3 out of the 4 secured. Apart from that minor inconvenience it's an amazing reflector and does what I want it to do (reflect light).
