    Comparable to big name products

    I have been using a well known "daily dose of dense nutrition" shake for about a year. That was costing a small fortune (@ $130 per month). I ordered 1 container of this Vega Essentials Shake to compare labels and taste. The 2 are very comparable as far as daily percentages. The other claims to have probiotics, prebiotics, and other ingredients that this one does not. For the difference in cost ( the taste is just as good, or better), this is a product that I will use regularly. I do follow a pretty strict, clean, nutrition program too. I wish they had more flavors, but I normally add different things to my shakes anyways, so it's good enough.

    Not for me

    This product is super sweet. YUK! It doesn't have the holding power of other plant based protein powders. By that, I mean that others will keep you full for at least 3 hours. This one doesn't last 90 minutes before the stomach is grumbling. I think it's because of the amount of fruit in the product. In my case, my bad, I didn't realize that it also had strawberries in it, and I had terrible pains and skin rash for days, before I decided to read the label and noticed that ingredient. I have allergies to strawberries. I'm bummed because i purchased 2 containers and seller does not accept returns.

    I love Vega Essentials!

    The taste is great.It's not chalky and mixes really well.I like the healthy vegan ingredients as well. I usually order it on Ebay to get a better price.

    I received this item on a timely fashion. Which I love. It was packaged approximately. I choose this product because of food allergies. I use this product daily and have not experienced any allergy related side affects. Have recommended it family, friends and anybody that maybe concerned about allergies.
