Good Knee Brace
This knee brace works very well. I already had one and I would use it only as needed when one of my knees would act up. Recently both of my knees were acting up at he same time so I decided to buy another. The brace gives good support and helps any knee injuries a person might have to heal up. I haven't used other brands but this brace has been working well for me so I am staying with it.

This Brace Delivers the Goods
I hesitated for almost two years before I bought this brace, thinking that no way could a 25 dollar item get me back into running. Well.., it did. The support this brace gives is substantial and effective. It does not hinder your movement unless you are bending your knee at an extreme angle like in weight-lifting. It stays in place and is light. It keeps the knee area warm, which also improves flexibility. Washing it (I do it once a week) is easy: Just pop the metal supports out of the sleeves and hand-wash it. It dries in just a couple hours. On the negative side, you might need to tweak the 3333 to get it the way you want: I had to trim about 1.5 inches off the velcro so that my opposite leg would not brush the exposed end during running. No big deal. Of more consequence is the hole ... I hesitated for almost two years before I bought this brace, thinking that no way could a 25 dollar item get me back into running. Well.., it did. In regards to size, above my knee is 18", below it is 14" andaround the kneecap itself is 15". The large fit perfect. Good job, Mr. Mueller!

I use it for dancing as its handy to get on and off. The pull on one I used for year playing volleyball was to unhandy to get on and off.
