Bike was new but repackaged in box. The battery mounting in downtube was assembled incorrectly resulting in a battery that would not mount correctly. I had to completely disassemble in order to repair the issue. Thankfully I'm mechanically inclined or this would have needed a repair shop to fix. there was a part damaged in shipping that seller agreed to replace. After many contacts the replacement just never came and I've since purchased a replacement myself.
