    Worth the read on an arcane but intriguing subject.

    Civil War histories typically end with the conclusion of the battle. However, that ignores how the dead were interred, development of military cemeteries (both Union & Confederate), embalming & bringing the dead home among other related subjects. Well written & engaging.
