    One of the best things a business can do is take a negative experience & turn it into a positive. I received this drum & suspect that since my printer is SO old, so are repair parts for it. When this unit performed very poorly (pictures provided), this seller quickly (same day) responded w/a full refund. I REALLY APPRECIATE that.
