The autoharp was dusty and had been not cared for for a long time. The case even had pieces of grass & leaves in it. Three of the keys have scotch on them and somebody wrote note letters on some with a marker. I would not consider this to be in excellent condition as the seller said on ebay. So I would like to get a refund.
