Buyer sent pictures that we could not confirm were our laptops. We insisted on buyer returning the laptops so we could confirm and issue a full refund. Buyer refused and instead threatened to extort us with negative feedback so that we would just issue money to him. We stand behind our return policy and believe this buyer was trying to scam us. This buyer will be reported to ebay and blocked from future purchases.

Not as described on photos because damage did not exist while in our possession. Buyer 3rd party Freight shipped Microsoft surface to another country after it was delivered to the address within the USA we shipped it to. No telling how it was handled by the freight shipping service. We are not responsible for any damage that could result from a 3rd party freight shipping company. In addition, Buyer waited past our 30 day return policy to try to do a return which was declined.
