Stretching for Seniors
The content was not as helpful as I hoped. Probably not something I will implement into my exercise routine. Ann Smith is graceful and fit, but the routine seems to be for an experienced dancer.

Beginner friendly, at your own pace. It gets easier each time you try it. You have to give it a chance. I do the stretches daily. I like that some of the stretches seem to pertain to dance as the stretching is different & helpful. The gal instructor has a very calm, relaxed voice. She is very knowledgeable. My doctor recommended stretching before exercise . I’m glad he did. It has so many health benefits. It is not an entertaining dvd. It is instructional. In the beginning, it was a little hard to figure out when I was supposed to start, but you catch on quickly once you go through the dvd . Beginner friendly, at your own pace. Rathering boring
Video is only 10 minutes long and seems geared for people with dance experience. Floor work assumes you can do "the splits". The group leader is very subdued.

Not for an old stiff person.
These stretches are obviously moves that dancers do when warming up. I was looking for something to help the average 65+ person. I can't even begin to get into the positions that she does her stretches from. Not for me.
