The customer has taken too long (12 days after delivery) to report an issue with FedEx when package handling is out of the merchant's control. He's upset that we don't file claims on the customer's behalf past 48 hours after delivery. We're not upset with him, but it s unfair to say that we did badly as the merchant when we have over 20 years of experience shipping bonsai pots that are bigger and heavier than his pot to further away locations with no damage. He must file claim himself to FedEx.

The trees arrived in great shape. They were carefully packed with bamboo sticks and wired for extra support to prevent breakage of the trunk ends. These are very well rooted plants too. 'Chi Chi' has wonderful small leaves compared to the regular form. The seller had great communication as well. I'd highly recommend this seller to anyone!
