    Chestal honey

    Excellent! I get congestion in my chest off and on throughout the year. I have used this many times and it helps tremendously. It loosens chest congestion quickly and makes it much easier to expel from the lungs.

    Very good decongestant for minor cough and colds, plus allergy symptom reduction

    Good 'non-side-effect' cough and sinus decongestant. If I stuffed up in the middle of the night, I can take this to clear my breathing, It may also help you get back to sleep. It seems to do that as well. That's an added bonus.
