The dvd was listed as very good condition by mistake and was in pretty poor condition when I received it. It does play all the way through and the seller was very nice and even offered a no cost return when the condition of the dvd was not as expected. Over all I feel like this seller is honest and communicates well and would feel comfortable buying from them again.

images of the scratches were provided in the listing but the customer was correct, it was placed in the wrong condition. it should have been placed under good or fair condition. A full refund was offered to customer.
