Ended up having a very big scratch in the metal on the bottom of the phone which I did not mind since I have a case, however it has issues charging. Will charge for a second then stop, continues back and forth like that. Also had a few scratches on the screen, but nothing noticeable when the screen is on.
Decently happy with the purchase, but would not do business again. Should have been B grade, not open box

So far so good, phone is in excellent condition and working well. My 2nd phone purchase here over the years and the previous phone was still running after 5 years. I upgraded because it was a much older model and memory had become limited. I purchased the insurance on both phones but didn't have to use it for the prior phone and hoping for the same with this one!

The phone came in the stated condition. There is a internal issue with a sensor for auto rotate, customer service has responded and the issue is being taken care of. Often it's difficult to leave feedback when an issue arises because a negative feedback affects a business. At the same time leaving the right kind of feedback is helpful for people to know that, they treat their customers with great respect. They have followed through on a fast and acceptable time frame.
