Ended up having a very big scratch in the metal on the bottom of the phone which I did not mind since I have a case, however it has issues charging. Will charge for a second then stop, continues back and forth like that. Also had a few scratches on the screen, but nothing noticeable when the screen is on.

The phone came in the stated condition. There is a internal issue with a sensor for auto rotate, customer service has responded and the issue is being taken care of.
