The glasses were larger than described. Each glass was wrapped in a single sheet of newsprint and placed inside one another. The only other packing was a single sheet of bubble wrap. Of the 8 glasses, only 3 survived intact. The seller offered an immediate refund, but 1.5 weeks later the refund has not been received nor has he responded to polite inquiries, forcing me to initiate charge-back proceedings with my credit card company.
