    This amp kicks

    This is a very well built amp it weights a ton for an amp with such a small foot print its rated 500 watts rms at 2 ohms i seen a review with dyno testing that showed 820 watts rms @ 2 ohms so nothing doing i had to dyno test it and it made 835 watts rms @ 2 ohms so it is definitely under rated i replaced a cheap piece of tin (planet audio pulse 1500.1m) that claimed 750 watts rms and the dyno test showed 140 watts rms @ 2ohms i would say you get what you pay for but i only gave $90 for this amp on ebay new and on amazon they are like $100 i gave $80 for that planet audio junk so i guess it all comes down to buying the better brand and that planet audio was quick to get hot and liked to go to protect mode on hot days it was 100 degrees today and in the trunk of my black car after 1.75 ...

    JBL gtx500

    I wasn't sure how this thing would sound being it was only $99. I bought 2 of them. I run 2, 4 ohm dual voice coil pioneer champion series 12s. One amp per one speaker. These things rock. They are small and powerful. I cant say enough.

    Absolute beast JBL gtx500

    Upon trying this amplifier it is very strong very solid heavy anyone looking for durability and performance dont sleep on this amplifier you get quality 2ohm impedance power very compact but the power of lighting this is a keeper amplifier comes with rca taps for stock units too JBL FOR THE WIN!

    Plenty of power

    I have this installed in my car with one big Rockford p3 12 inch sub and I also have one installed in my truck with two 10inch Rockford P2 subs. It provides the power to show you the subwoofers true potential it makes the speaker move like they should I highly recommend the amplifier great JBL product.
