Very fast shipping! Ordered afternoon of 11/6, received morning of 11/9. A new-in-box (clearly intact original packaging) digital clock. The clock unfortunately doesn't work. I advised the seller and was immediately given a full refund. It's an unfortunate circumstance to which the seller responded quickly, gracefully, and appropriately. I rated the description as 5-star which it was accurate as NIB. I would buy from the seller again if an item of interest comes up.

Boots were well packed and arrived safely. Boots were a bit more pointed than the round toe boots I already have. Difficult to actually tell in pictures, not sellers fault in any way. Box arrived smelling like cigarette smoke, most likely from transit. Would buy from this seller again.
