They ship items to you and have a third party drop them off. They then ship their products to some third party but give you that tracking information going to their third party place. This is not a bad experience, just very confusing when you are provided inaccurate information about your order. I have proof it got dropped at my door with no tracking information on it, but the tracking they did provide went to some other zip code than mine. Just be weary of this when ordering from this company.
