I would say its ok i ordered an off brand switch pro controller and i got what i payed for and in new condition but the left joystick sticks in the up position and the d-pad will move down and right if you press the right arrow and the top will be registered if you hit the left on the d-pad so the d-pad is messed up too but i really dont use the d-pad all that much so it doesnt bother me too much overall i would say it was okay could have been better
