I had contacted the seller on the Morgan silver dollar I received said he didn't know it was a fake but could offer me a partial refund and not the full amount because it takes so long for customs to inspect the packages and tgat he would loose money from the fees and shipping. I still don't understand how he could offer me a partial refund, when the coin was fake abd why would I want it. So I should 've received a full refund from the beginning.

I tried to cancel the order as soon as I placed it by accident I was told I had to wait until the transaction was completed which I did now the seller will not even return or respond to my messages I do not want this coin I already have one exactly like it I want my money back it’s been seven days and the seller hasn’t even shipped it yet but yet they have my money I feel like this is fraud and I might have to contact an attorney if that somebody doesn’t give me help with this
