It doesn’t seem like this seller inspects the contents of the items be for they ship them, or they are intentionally scamming people. I ordered a 4 camera RV dash cam system. The condition said, “New, opened box”. When I received the item, after a few days I opened it only to find one camera and two camera feed cables were missing. I contacted the seller and they said that they inspected the item before shipping and everything was there. I said I only want what is missing, they did not reply

I messaged seller that item pictured was not as listed in both title and listing description. Partly my fault for not knowing the difference I suppose between models however I did not receive any response back- shame when you have to resort to ebay to step in. Item itself and shipping time were great but makes no difference when it's not what you thought you were getting.

I noticed there was packing tape over one of the seals and that the seal was cut. I peeled back the packing tape and discovered the seal is most certainly not intact, so they lied on the listing.
I reached out to the seller several days ago about it and they never responded.
