    Great Music

    I actually had gotten this CD several years ago, and totally enjoy it. This new one will be a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. I know she, too, will love it. Very reasonably priced, received quickly. I’m a happy camper, as I know she will be, too!

    Rod and Gab are wonderful artists! The amount of effort they put into their music is evident and you can see they truly enjoy entertaining the audience. the videos showcase their talent and give viewers the chance to actually see how they perform in a live setting. Their music is high energy, Rodrigo with the fast lead rifts and Gabriela keeping the duo in perfect timing with the fastest hands playing the rhythum guitar I have seen! They are a truly a musical treasure with their Latin based sounds and rhythums and energy. I really enjoy their latest album "11-11" as you can tell how they are growing as artists and how their style is evolving due to influences from living and performing in Ireland and around the world.I anxiously await the next album and would love to see full-length music ...

    Rodrigo Y Gabriela CD/DVD digipak

    I saw this duo (brother and sister, as I recall) on a late night TV talk show, and was blown away. Searched locally in stores for the CD (including the one that said on TV that they had it), got blank looks from clerks and a lot of excuses (like they didn't know what genre to file it in) so I went to eBay and *BINGO* I found it! The fact that it is a digipak is a bonus, I didn't realize that when I bought it. The music is outstanding, very upbeat and refreshing, and I enjoyed the enclosure that tells about the duo and their lyrics and inspiration. This CD is a must-have if you enjoy accoustical guitar with classical influences, jazz, and latin all in one package. Its great!

    Must see, must hear, must buy!

    I saw these two at the Coachella music festival last weekend and they blew my mind! The handspeed is incredible, they are both extremely gifted. I love music, all kinds, and I am not exagerrating when I state that Rodrigo y Gabriela are the real deal! They started out as thrash metal and they now play acoustic (probably to reach a larger audience) and add there own percussion as they pop the base of the guitar in between strumming it. Get the Digipack! You have to see the DVD, and if you love guitar play, you will not be disappointed by these two virtuoso musicians.

    Rodrigo Y Gabriela, great acoustic guiter CD and DVD

    I really like the music of this duo. I can not be labeled as any specific kind of music, but it is fantastic. I has a lot of rock and jazz influence with a Spanish twist. They flawlessly perform very difficult material and they even use the guitars for percussion. The DVD is a plus because it contains interviews where they talk about their origins and you can actually see their amazing performance.
