The envelope was open to the point I could reach in and pull out the hinges without opening it any further. How they made through the mail, I haven't a clue. Seller offered to take return back because of an error as it turned out on my part, no questions asked but it turned out no return was needed after doing a bit of research and figuring out the issue was my error. Item had a small crack in the inside scanning glass but for some reason doesn’t affect the final scan output so I’m not worried about it or wanna send back because of it. Seller is absolutely recommended and someone I would buy from again.

    Great!!!

    Very good power bank. I get about 40/50% charge on iphone x in 45 minutes. Make sure you see the size since its a little bigger than most power banks. The lightning cable can charge it also which comes in handy if you have an iphone. The 20,000 mah make up for it. I highly recommend.
