Hearing aid is as described and work as expected. However the amplification of Sound was to low for my level of hearing loss.
Seller came trough and processed a refund - with a request to donate the item to a local vet center (thumbs up for that) what I will do. It was a pleasure to do business with them. even though the item did not work out for me - which is no fault of the seller.
If you have low to moderate hearing loss the Item will work just fine - Sound is great, with four sound settings
