An excellent review of Lady Day's career.
An excellent and comprehensive review of Lady Day's career with music chosen from all the labels for which she recorded. The DVD is a also a timepiece with short films that also span her career. The liner notes and session documentation encapsulate that golden age of American jazz. Nice keepsake packaging as well.
