Great communication before the purchase. Several hours of set up to hang the glass pieces and put the wire through each piece, but it's a very simple process. A few of the glass pieces arrived broken but they send you extra with the shipment so it worked out good. And it's so beautiful when lit up. It's like having a sculpture on your ceiling.
