Good CD But Not All Original Material
I was looking for a best-of from James Ingram, specifically hoping to find the long version of his duet with Patti Austin "Baby Come To Me" but found it was the same 3:38 version that's available everywhere. Maybe the longer version isn't even available anywhere now but I know it existed and one day I will find it. However, the CD redeemed itself with the longer version of Ingram's collaboration with Michael McDonald's "Yah Mo Be there". HOWEVER, "Just Once", "100 Ways" and "I Don't Have The Heart" are redone. That was a disappointment since I want original material. The redone versions are nice and very easy on the ears, but they are not original. Leave well enough alone! I bought another one of James Ingram's CD. I thought it was the best CD I have ever heard from James. Then I saw this one and bought it. Beside the price being right, the CD came quickly and I love this one more. I have it in my car and I play it every time I get into my car. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this CD. It was easy to purchase and the listing had the information I needed. The songs were in the listing and it was an easy, pleasant transaction.I bought another one of James Ingram's CD. I can honestly say the only thing I disliked about this cd was when it was over. This is the perfect thing for when you want to kick up your feet and relax, get romantic with your sweetheart, hang with good friend, or just want to feel happy, sad, emotional..you name it..it brings it all out! Some of the songs i hadn't heard in years and that was a nice surprise! I would recommend this album for ANYONE!
