    easy to understand, fun to read great photos

    This is a very well written step by step guide to understanding what makes a good B&W photograph, made the same way as no.1 but with all new photos & covering different ideas. Both books are worth having, they both have the (seeing, thinking, acting & rule of thumb foot notes) that help me to focus on the idea presented. and are mostly photographic examples This volume has a few pages on digital manipulation that is not covered in no.1
