The item is exactly as described. I was expecting more cosmetic wear and tear on the case. The inside of the PC looks brand new and is very clean. This seller is terrific to work with. I had a few questions and they answered them quickly and efficiently. They had a problem with the video card they were planning to use and they offered me an even better alternative.
