Seller was slow at shipping. That would be understandable except for the fact that I paid an astronomical shipping price. I asked for a shipping update when the package had been delayed several extra days and the seller told me to “call your post office. I only have the shipping info you do”. Again, because of the amount that I paid for shipping and the fact it was delayed, better customer service could have been provided. The product itself was as described. No complaints there.
