    Ordered this unit my truck was listed that it fit they contacted me told me it would not fit and then they sent it out anyway and tried to charge me for the shipping and we're also nice to offer me another one that would work with my truck at three times the price very shady company find somebody else to buy your product from

    You asked about fit at 6:59 PM but placed the order before we could reply. At 9:55 AM we confirmed a 2010 Caravan TIPM will not fit a 2010 RAM. Yet you still failed to mention you already placed the order. You later stated we “should not have shipped.” We strive to answer quickly and ship promptly, but in this case the order was made before confirmation. Waiting for our reply would of insured ordering the correct part.
