    seller sent the the incorrect binoculars. She wanted me to keep the ones she shipped to me. said they were a better pair. I said no. i just want her to send the ones i purchased. i will send the others back if she pays for the shippiong. this is not my fault. if not, i will ask for my money back. this is an awful seller!!

    I sent this customer a pair of Olympus Binoculars, which are a better binocular then the Bushnell's, (which I was out of) and cost more, but didn't obviously change the price. I tried to do the right thing for the buyer, but I guess it didn't go quite as planned. I offered a full refund or exchange (we have since got in the Bushnell's) but haven't heard back from the customer. I hope she realized, the binoculars I sent are far superior, to the pair she ordered
