Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund.
