This is an outstanding seller to deal with. Fair prices that are more than reasonable in this economy. The product is even better condition than described, a true value for my money. Packaged and shipped well shows seller has concern for the products he sells to arrive in excellent condition. The seller is friendly and communicates timely with his customers. All in all I highly recommend this seller and would do business again anytime. Thank you and be safe. Good luck to the future.

Great album from a true artist

This is a truly great album from a true artist. This is one of a few albums that I listen to when I need a lift after a really tough stressful day but it's not just a bunch of feel good fluff. The lyrics are deep in a way that Edie really takes you into each song. Edie Brickell has done some good work since but she's never hit this level of greatness either with the other New Bohemians or without them. I really hope she gets back to her roots like this again in the future and gets back in the studio with New Bohemians. This is generation X music at it's finest.

  • Nostalgic Edie Brickell Poetry in Motion

"Philosophy is the talk on a cereal box, religion is the smile on a dog." These lyrics from "What I Am" on Edie Brickell's "Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars" CD, inspires light heartedness and hope in me. This nostalgic folky music has the power to free my mind and worries from the current, chronic economic recession. "This CD has a calming, playful effect on me." I owned the cassette when it first came out back in 1988, and now the CD soothes my soul! "I am so inspired that I am sure you too, will enjoy a little lift!" BUY It! Edie Brickell's "Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars."

  • Excellent

Reminds me of simpler times I saw them a couple of small venues in Deep Ellum and once in a larger venue and took my Mom. It is a wonderful memory. This CD was stolen from me by an EX so this was the first time I heard it all at once in order. Music really bring back forgotten memories.

  • really enjoyed this classic cd

I had this on cassette years ago and listened to it non-stop. I bought it on CD and I love it as much now as I did 17 years ago. Edie Brickell's voice is beautiful and the back up music is very talented, reminiscent of Grateful Dead melodies. This CD goes for less than a dollar on e-bay. You can't go wrong.

  • Good times

Just like I remember the cassette; great meanings from a very talented singer. Top grade production. Smooth, easy to listen to type music.
