the item was listed twice as new before they tell you it was refurbished. Noticed that I was not the first to notice. My first alert was when the box arrived with refurbished labels attached. Contacted them with my "issue" and photos of the unopened box with refurbished labels. They were quick to send paid return label and refund purchase price. Contacted them again about the "confusion" of the condition of the actual printer. It still has not been corrected.

    Motion is NOT enough as an upgrade from older generation.

    Not a good upgrade from the last Generation. Sound is not improved except the turning motion.Motion does not work in a dimmer or darker light. Motion is not worth as an upgrade. No up and down motion. Sound should be better than the older generation for a better upgrade.
