It is too bad that the seller couldn't of took a little more time and thought through how would be the best way to ship this medal that was a complete beautiful piece in the listing to what I receive it in. It was just shoved in to a envelope, not secured to the cardboard backing, say like being wrapped with saran wrap so as not to be sliding around in the envelope. The ribbon completely destroyed , ribbon can't be replaced with a similar ribbon because it doesn't exist. NOT POSITIVE FEEDBACK
